He started his career at SystemSpecs, a leading Human Resources and Payroll software organization in Nigeria as a system consultant before moving to the Human Resources Department at First Bank Nigeria Plc.

In 2005, Bello Bisi worked with the Federal Government as a Project COnsultant in the Automation of the new Federal Government Pension Scheme,

In 2009, Mr Bello Bisi moved to Consolidated Discounted Limited as Head, Human Resources Department, a position held for 5 years

Bisi has attended several management and leadership courses also seminars in Human Resources and Risk management

He started his career as a Legal officer at Bowofade Aderemi & Co, Legal Practitioners. A leading Law firm in Ibadan, before moving to AXA Mansard as a Legal & Compliance Officer. He has also served as the head Compliance officer for Johnson & Johnson West Africa. He is currently the Managing Partner at Clearfield Attorneys LLP, a leading law firm in Victoria Island, Lagos
